Quotes and estimates
An online estimate is exactly that: indicative, based on what you told us. The price becomes firm once we have the item in front of us. We will not carry out work costing more than the estimate without contacting you and getting your agreement first.
Uncollected items
We hold finished work for 90 days and will contact you twice. After six months we may dispose of uncollected items. Please collect, or tell us if you need longer — we would much rather hold them.
If we cannot repair it
There is no charge for inspecting an item we decline to work on.
Guarantee
Our workmanship is guaranteed. If a repair we carried out fails in normal wear, bring it back and we will put it right. This does not cover fresh damage, wear elsewhere on the item, or a repair we advised against and you asked for anyway.
Products
Unused products can be returned within 28 days for a full refund. Aerosols and leather dyes are collection-only and cannot be posted.
Payment
Orders are currently settled on collection, or to the driver on delivery. Card payment on the website is being added.
