Free, ready the next working day, held for 14 days. Choose the shop at checkout — its page tells you whether it is a collection point.
Things we cannot post
Aerosols and leather dyes have to be handed over in person. If your basket contains one, checkout will switch you to collection and tell you why.
Returns
Unused products, 28 days, full refund including the original delivery charge if the whole order goes back. Bring it to any shop, or post it to the shop it came from. Tell us the order number.
If something arrives damaged
Email us within 48 hours with a photograph and we will replace it or refund it. You do not need to send it back first.

Yes. Every price on the site includes VAT at 20%.
