A shoe worth buying is a shoe worth repairing. Our benches handle everything from a five-minute heel tip to a full leather resole on a welted Oxford, and the same craftsperson who quotes your job is the one who does it.
Most repairs are done while you wait. Anything that needs the workshop — a stitched welt, a rebuilt heel block, a re-dye — is quoted before we start and ready inside a few days.
What we will not do
If a shoe cannot be repaired well, we will tell you at the counter rather than take your money and hand back something that fails in a month.
